We take care to deliver your marine items safely and accurately. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.
Because each order is custom purchased from third-party retailers on your behalf, all sales are final once items have been purchased.
Check Your Delivery
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, missing items, or issues, take photos and contact us right away.
Report Issues Within 24 Hours
To be eligible for a refund, credit, or resolution, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order or delivery number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of compensation.
What We Cover
- Items damaged during delivery
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your shipment
What’s Not Covered
- Issues reported after 24 hours
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong item
- Product compatibility or fitment issues
- Pre-existing damage or normal wear
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or marine conditions
- Product quality or manufacturer defects from retailers
Resolution Options
Eligible issues may receive, at our sole discretion:
- Full or partial refund
- Store credit
- Redelivery
