Refund & Service Policy (Pilot Program)

Due to the nature of on-demand, same-day delivery services, all delivery fees are non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched.

Each order is fulfilled specifically based on your pickup and delivery request within the Midcoast Maine service area.

Service Issues (Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries)

If your delivery arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Charges

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after driver dispatch
  • Incorrect or incomplete pickup or delivery information provided
  • Failed delivery due to inability to access pickup or drop-off location
  • Items that are time-sensitive or perishable once delivered as requested

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery details, including addresses, contact information, and item readiness.

If information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you to confirm before dispatch. Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information are not eligible for refunds.

If we make an error in fulfillment or delivery, we will correct it promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge prior to driver dispatch.

Once a driver has been assigned or pickup is in progress, cancellations may not be possible or may still be charged in full.
